The Arkansas Festival Association held its Annual State Convention Jan 21-22, 2007 at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. The final event was the Awards Luncheon in which the AFA recognized organizations throughout the state for accomplishments in multiple categories. The Pine Bluff Festival Association recieved the following awards:
